Our home health agency is rapidly growing. We have positions available both part-time and full-time. We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented applicants to be part of our team. Our priority at Healing Hearts Home Health is to provide compassionate, reliable services to homebound and vulnerable members of our community. We treat our clients with the same tender loving care we would want our own loved ones to receive. You will be responsible for managing a case load of patients with a variety of chronic and acute conditions. Our patients range in ages from infant to elderly. Time management in combination with the ability to provide each patient with necessary care and interventions is a necessary skill.
Applicants must have a current Wyoming state nurse license and CPR certification. Home health experience preferred, but not required.

Working under the direction of the RN, the CNA provides care in patient's homes including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, some meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Applicants must have current Wyoming nursing assistant certification and current CPR certification. Home health experience preferred, but not required.
